Our refund and returns policy extend for a period of 5 days from the date of your purchase at B Varacious. Please note that products can only be returned if they are found to be damaged or defective upon receipt.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It should be accompanied by the original packaging.
Exemptions from Returns:
All adult goods fall under the category of non-returnable items, except in cases of defects. These include:

- Gift cards

Intimate and Sensitive Items Exemption:
For the well-being and peace of mind of our valued customers, Eros has a strict no-return, no-exchange policy for certain items due to hygienic reasons. This means that items designed for direct contact with body parts or fluids are not eligible for return or exchange. These items include:
- vibrating devices
- cleansing kits
- devices for anal stimulation
- intimate apparel
- certain body care supplies.

Refunds Process:
Upon receiving your returned item and conducting a thorough inspection, we will promptly send you an email notification confirming the receipt. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If your refund is approved, the following steps will be taken:

Late or Missing Refunds:
Should you not receive your refund within the expected period, we advise the following steps:

Sale Items:
Refunds are applicable exclusively to regular-priced items. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
B Varacious supports exchanges only in cases of defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please reach out to us via email at (Sales@bvaracious.co.za).
Gift Returns:
If the item was identified as a gift during purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves for later gifting, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns:
To initiate the return process for your product, kindly send an email to (Sales@bvaracious.co.za ) and we will assist you with the process. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping expenses are non-refundable, and any refunds issued will have the return shipping costs deducted.
The duration for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For higher-value returns, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of your returned item. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
Warranty
If a product purchased from Eros is discovered to be defective within the timeframe of the manufacturer’s warranty, we are pleased to offer a replacement for the same item. To initiate this process, kindly get in touch with us, enabling us to furnish you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number* via email. This email will also include comprehensive instructions on how to facilitate the return of the product to our facility.
We kindly request that you incorporate the subsequent information in your email correspondence:
- Your order number
- Your name.
- A description of the nature of the defect observed.
Once you have personally arranged for the shipment of the product back to our warehouse, one of our dedicated product specialists will undertake testing of the item. If it is determined to exhibit faulty or defective workmanship that aligns with the manufacturer’s warranty, we will promptly dispatch a new replacement product to you, without any additional charges. It’s important to ensure that the defective item is securely and safely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Moreover, any reasonable charges you have incurred for using a reputable courier service to send the item back to us will be duly refunded.
Alternatively, you have the option to return the item to our warehouse within your vicinity, equipped with the aforementioned details. It’s imperative that all returns are accompanied by their original parts and packaging, including batteries, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, and instructions (if applicable).
